Mr. Yuvraj Singh Johar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in banqueting, hospitality operations, with a career boasting senior leadership roles at esteemed institutions such as the TAJ group and The Park Hotel chain. However, it is his expertise and leadership as Managing Director of his massively successful international brainchild, Shloka Events, which has truly defined his illustrious career. His remarkable technical knowledge and tireless efforts have cemented his identity as a pioneer in the ever-growing event management industry, which continues to set new benchmarks for excellence with every event.

Mr. Karan Johar brings over 15 years of experience in the service industry, having held a number of key leadership positions at prestigious companies such as HSBC & Citi Group. As Chief Executive Officer, Karan’s extensive financial acumen was critical in expertly guiding Shloka Events through the COVID-19 pandemic without any layoffs or cost-cuts, and he is now spearheading the expansion of Shloka Events into new verticals and geographies. His strong analytical mind and strategic leadership have been pivotal in establishing the company as a pioneering brand across the Asian and European markets.

Ms. Andrea Halfhide possesses a keen eye for talent and the unique ability to assemble the right team for the right event. Her growth from one of Park Hotel’s youngest managers to Business Head at Shloka Events can be attributed to her exceptional work ethic and commitment to perfection, cultivated as a result of being raised by two teachers. Her empathetic leadership has been an unshakeable cornerstone of the company and instrumental in fostering the decorum and professionalism for which the company is known for today.

Ms. Caroline Halfhide brings with her 7 years of experience in Retail Operations and Event Management. With a core excellence in client relations & multitasking, her mastery of Client Handling & Front Office operations adds significant value to every event. She considers every event to be a learning opportunity and loves interacting with the different people she gets to meet at Shloka. Through her experiences working all over the world, she has developed a unique ability to adapt to any new challenge with ease and expertly resolve it. She aims to contribute to the growth of Shloka Events in the best possible way.

Meet Mr. Arsalan Khan, a seasoned hospitality professional with over 6 years of experience in hotel operations, specializing in Food & Beverage and Events. With a background that includes prestigious organizations such as The Oberoi Hotels, J.W Marriott International, and Taj Hotels, his work is defined by his strong discipline and a penchant for customer satisfaction and multitasking. As Director Operations at Shloka Events, Arsalan oversees Operations and Administration and is wholly committed to fostering genuine client relationships and elevating client experiences, striving to exceed expectations and propel Shloka to new heights.

Mrs. Stephanie Halfhide Dutta brings over 17 years of experience across retail operations and hospitality, having worked with internationally renowned luxury and premium brands such as Mango, Promod and Emporio Armani. With strong expertise in Operations Management, Guest Communication, and Team Leadership, she excels in ensuring seamless coordination whilst upholding the highest standards of service and efficiency. Her collaborative leadership style and commitment to excellence play a key role in delivering consistently polished and memorable events at Shloka Events.

A graduate of the prestigious École Hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland, Ms. Catherine Pucher has been deeply involved in hospitality for over 15 years. Based in Thailand since 2013, she has been instrumental in expanding Shloka Events’ brand presence across South East Asia, firmly establishing it's reputation as a market leader in the region. With her extensive experience in Michelin Star restaurants across Europe and Asia, Catherine has cultivated an intrinsic understanding of local cultures and sensitivities that have been crucial in the evolution of Shloka Events into an international identity.

Patchareewan MC Loughlin (Apple) treats every opportunity as a learning experience, which equips her to handle pressure effortlessly. Being the first Thai member at Shloka, her experience expands Shloka's horizon in South-East Asia. Music is her solace, and her family is her lifeline. She always strives for the best, devoting herself to mastering every given responsibility to ensure perfection in her work. Patchareewan's prior engagements in the F&B and the Hospitality industry, and her expertise in Accounting and Translation adds great value to the Shloka team.
